Run Training (Week 2 - January)

Hi guys,

The 2 other run sets for this week are:

1)
A: 45 min run - 15 easy, 10 steady, 10 tempo, 10 easy
B: 35 min run - 15 easy, 10 steady, 5 tempo, 5 easy
Zone 3

2)
A: 60 mins steady run
B: 40 mins steady run
Zone 4

And for those of you that couldn't make it last night we did:

A: 10 min warm up, 8 x 2 mins, 90 secs jog recov, 15 min warm down.
B: 10 min warm up, 5 x 2 mins, 90 secs jog recov, 15 mins warm down
Zone 2
